Bojana Bellamy

President, Centre for information Policy Leadership

Bojana is the President of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP’s Centre for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL), a preeminent global privacy and data policy think tank located in Washington, DC, London and Brussels. At CIPL, Bojana works with global business and technology leaders, regulators, policy and lawmakers to shape global data policy and practice, and develop thought leadership and best practices for responsible and trusted use of data and technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution. With more than 25 years of experience and deep knowledge of global data privacy and cybersecurity law, compliance and policy, Bojana has a proven industry record in designing strategy, and building and managing data privacy compliance programs. Bojana was the recipient of the 2019 International Association of Privacy Professionals’ (IAPP) Vanguard Award, which recognizes privacy professionals for outstanding leadership, knowledge and creativity in the field of privacy and data protection. 

Mrs Drudeisha Madhub

Data Protection Commissioner, Data Protection Office, Mauritius

Mrs Drudeisha Madhub was appointed Data Protection Commissioner of the Data Protection Office of Mauritius since August 2007. Prior to her appointment, she was Senior State Counsel at the Attorney General’s Office for six and a half years. She is a respected member of various international networks. She was appointed data protection and human rights expert by Interpol and a member of the Commission for the Control of Interpol’s Files from 2011 to 2018 with the specific function of judging data protection and human rights issues in Interpol’s cases. Mrs Madhub was also appointed as UN Emeritus expert, joining the UN Global Pulse Data Advisory Group in 2014 to provide expert advice on data protection. She was further elected President of Association Francophone des Autorités de Protection des Données Personelles (AFAPDP) from October 2024 to October 2027.In May 2025, she was also elected Chair of the African Union Data Governance Committee and Co-Chair of Common Thread Network (CTN). She is the author of the book ‘THE COSMOS WITHIN MY SOUL CAPTURED’:- A COMPILATION OF 152 QUOTES AND POEMS.

Dr. Ololade Shyllon

Director of Privacy and Data Policy, Africa, Middle East and Türkiye, Meta


Ololade Shyllon leads privacy and data policy across Africa, the Middle East and Türkiye (AMET) at Meta. In this role, she is responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders including policymakers, academics and civil society organisations across the AMET region, to continuously shape and inform Meta’s approach to data and privacy.

Dr Shyllon is a human rights lawyer with expertise spanning the three information related rights of freedom of expression, access to information and privacy. She has led and participated in developing regional normative frameworks for the African Union, and engaged in research, capacity building and advocacy in relation to these three information related rights across Africa and the Middle East. She holds a doctorate in human rights law from the University of Pretoria.

Steve is Director and Founder of PrivacyX Consulting and a Visiting Senior Fellow for the Centre for Digital Futures for Children at the London School of Economics and Political Science . Previously Steve was UK Deputy Information Commissioner and Chair of the OECD Working Party on Data Governance and Privacy.

Additionally, with a proven track record in Business Process Re-Engineering and Systems Analysis and Design He led the design and implementation of complex enterprise systems such as the Trade Facilitation and Revenue Mobilization Systems used by the Republic of Ghana.

Carl is also an ISACA/APMG accredited trainer in CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CISM, CDPSE and an accredited trainer at the National Banking College, who has trained Board of Directors of Banks and Financial Institutions on IT Governance and Cyber Security. I have taught IT Security, IT Audit, Internal Audit and IT Risk professionals in both the Private and Public Sectors including mentoring the to attain certification.

Jenna is a Board Advisor to the PICCASO Organisation and leading the inaugural PICCASO Africa Awards in 2025, Co-Chair of the Data Protection Finance Group (DPFG), founding member, European chapter of Women Leaders in Data and AI (WLDA) and regularly speaks at key global events including Black Hat, AI Summit Series, and ISACA.
